Australian Meat Industry Classification System (Manual 1)
Contains the AUS-MEAT Language, Chiller Assessment Language, Labelling and the
AUS-MEAT Register of Cuts and Items.

Australian Meat Industry Commercial Information (Manual 2)
Contains the Customer Country Requirements, Branding, and the Language/Processing
Measurement and Equipment.

The new publications, available in print and CDROM version, are designed to provide a clear
separation between the Industry Standards which are administered by AUS-MEAT on behalf of the
Australian Meat Industry Language and Standards Committee from other commercial information.
